A talent agency manages nine touring artists, and every booking used to mean the owner retyping flights, hotel, call times, fees, and dressing-room details from emails into the right artist's calendar, the invoice, and a tracking sheet — by hand. We built a system where the client fills one questionnaire and the answers become a complete, formatted show itinerary on the correct artist's calendar automatically, with reminders to buy flights (two months and one month out) and to send the final invoice the day before each event. It runs in the agency's own accounts and is in daily use across the US and Canada.
