A New England construction company receives weekly building-permit reports across four states — every row a high-intent lead, but buried in files no salesperson had time to work. We built a scheduled pipeline that scrapes the reports, uses AI to clean them into structured contacts, drops rows without a phone number, and loads the rest into the CRM tagged and routed — with ongoing monitoring after delivery.
