30 steps — One connected, error-proof operation

Crafters Lab makes every product to order, and its fulfillment chain (Design → Production → Packing → QA → Shipping → Customer Service) had too many manual hands: folders made by hand and misfiled, designers waiting on files, purchasing learning of shortages too late, and the invisible failure where a label was printed, the store said 'shipped', and the box sat on the dock for days. We connected the whole chain with Zapier across Shopify, ShipStation, ShipEngine, JotForm, Google Workspace, and Slack. Each order files its own Drive folder and logs to a central sheet, routes to the assigned designer; packing only counts when physically scanned at the table (packer, units, QA, timestamp); the daily carrier pickup builds itself from orders actually packed; a watchdog checks real carrier tracking three days after each label and Slack-alerts stalled packages; a morning purchasing radar lists materials that will run short; and every event is logged to one ledger. The system reads from the store but never writes to it (a deliberate safety decision), and every migration ran old and new side by side. A verified 5-star client review.
