12 → 1 — Twelve tools into one sheet

An online coaching business had its data spread across twelve tools — payments, courses, bookings, forms, email, community, and five social platforms — with no way to see the full picture or answer where a customer first came from. We built a weekly automation suite (Zapier + Apify) that pulls every tool into one structured Google Sheet, one tab per tool with duplicate checks, and connects each customer's journey by email from first touch to purchase. It also scrapes every student's posts, views, and followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X each week — students' handles live in the sheet so the client can add or remove profiles herself — and turns Discord feedback into reopenable board items. Weekly reporting went from 5-6 hours of copy-paste to a 30-minute review. Runs weekly in the client's own accounts.
