OHANA Service Pro — Full Platform Build

OHANA Service Pro is a SaaS + agency founder who sells websites and follow-up systems to local home-services and automotive businesses. Over a seven-month engagement we built the entire product behind the scenes and launched his first two real clients on it, all inside his own accounts. The build: a clone-ready home-services website template (hero, services, trust bar, lead form) wired into the CRM; a Conversation-AI website chat that greets visitors, captures name and phone, and passes only real leads to the owner; his own OHANA Service Pro site; and a full lead engine — leads arrive from the website, Facebook ads and missed calls, get an instant reply, are routed to the right person, moved through the pipeline, and logged to their exact source, with the workflows doing the chasing so nothing goes cold. Everything runs on A2P-10DLC-verified texting. The first client, Ohana Plumbing, went fully live in their own sub-account: CRM, missed-call text-back, AI chat, nurture and social. Every call was recorded and every delivery walked through on video (30+ recorded walkthroughs). After launch we stayed on in support with a dedicated owner running audits and fixes. We were also honest about what broke along the way — a launch-weekend domain mix-up, a lead-routing misfire, review requests reaching the wrong people, and a design-tool account mix-up — each caught, disclosed, fixed and audited clean. Two businesses live and still running today.
