0 retyped — Every shoot lands sorted

A real estate media company shoots photos, video, floor plans, and drone footage for property listings — each deliverable with its own editing and deadline. Orders arrived in their booking platform and were retyped by hand into their team workspace; at 30–40 shoots a day that broke down — gaps from retyping, editors learning about video jobs after the fact, deliverables slipping with no per-service visibility, and a daily schedule someone had to assemble each morning. We connected the booking platform to the workspace with Zapier: every new order flows in complete (client, address, photographer, services, date, amount), sorts itself onto the Today or Upcoming board by shoot date, and — if it includes video — automatically creates a synced entry on the editors' board before the shoot happens. Each listing carries a per-deliverable checklist (photo, video, floor plan, drone), and one shared calendar feeds photographers, editors, and operations. Statuses and sorting maintain themselves. Runs in the client's own accounts.
