Loan Program ↔ HubSpot Two-Way Sync

2-way — Loans ↔ HubSpot in sync — nobody retypes

A mortgage company with nine loan officers kept loans in one program (ARIVE) and customers in HubSpot — two systems that ignored each other, so staff retyped every borrower by hand. We connected them both ways in the client's own accounts: create a loan and the customer appears in HubSpot on its own with borrower and co-borrower attached and the right officer assigned; flip a status to 'Application Started' in HubSpot and the loan builds itself in the loan program under the right officer — no copy-paste either direction. Role permissions lock deals to each officer (an officer sees only their lane; the admin sees the whole picture) while contacts stay shared so two officers never create duplicate borrower records. The clever part: the loan program can't announce when a loan is edited, so the system keeps yesterday's copy of every loan and compares it daily — whatever changed gets synced, and it never misses an edit. Status: in build, pending client sign-off; all screens are anonymized (names removed) and customer examples use a synthetic test record — no real borrower data. Built on HubSpot + ARIVE with a daily change-check and role permissions.
