A manufacturer and retailer of made-to-measure outdoor living products sells complex, measurement-driven items — retractable screens, screen doors, awnings, patio covers, pergolas, and shutters. Every job is different. A single quote can span interior and exterior products, multiple openings per product, and hundreds of fabric, motor, and control combinations. Reps needed to build accurate quotes on site, but the old process couldn't produce one clean proposal per job without slow manual assembly and constant pricing error.
