Cleaning Booking & Reminder System

A cleaning company took bookings in one platform and ran client relationships in a separate CRM (GoHighLevel) — with no connection between them, so every booking was retyped by hand and reminders went out only when someone remembered. We connected the booking platform, the CRM, and the phone system so bookings sync automatically (new, changed, cancelled), clients are tagged by frequency (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), a 6:00 AM day-of confirmation goes to the client from the company's own number, the assigned cleaner gets a 9:00 PM night-before text with address and time, and a follow-up goes out when the cleaner clocks out. The real engineering was reliability: booking-ID tracking so nothing sends twice, live status re-checks before every send, instant cancellation sync so no cleaner drives to a cancelled job, and a fixed time-zone mismatch. Runs in the client's own accounts.
