AI Patient Messaging Concierge

An aesthetic surgery practice's patients message with questions at all hours — before and after surgery — that used to wait for a staff member, including the 10 PM 'is this normal?' messages that matter most. We built an AI patient-messaging concierge inside the clinic's own secure messaging platform. Switched on per patient with a single tag, it assembles each patient's context (procedure, notes, medications, allergies) from the intake system, answers routine questions instantly drawn strictly from the clinic's approved playbook of ~100 vetted Q&As (never improvised), calculates a pre-surgery risk score per the clinic's protocol, and — most importantly — detects any message that suggests a real problem and escalates it to the clinical team instantly while giving the patient a calm holding reply. Escalation is one-directional by design: when in doubt, a human takes over. Runs in the clinic's own accounts.
