AI Influencer Onboarding

Dozens → hundreds — Creators, same small team

A telehealth skincare and wellness brand runs influencer partnerships, and its outreach worked so well that hundreds of creators replied every day — more than the small team could read, answer, and onboard by hand. We built an AI email agent that reads every reply, classifies it, and answers in the brand's voice inside the same Gmail thread, strictly from an approved FAQ. Interested creators are walked through the commission program, pick a discount code that triggers a prefilled onboarding form, and have their payment details and post links tracked automatically — with threading and timestamp guards preventing duplicate or out-of-order emails. The team now just watches one dashboard showing who's interested, who signed up, and who posted. It runs in the client's own accounts.
